Me with my daughter

I am a 23 year old mother of a 1 year old.  I am also a student at Xavier university and a customer service rep for a national department store. For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about whole food nutrition and health! But, there is so much more for me to learn.  Find out a little more about me in my first post  https://wholebodylove.wordpress.com/2009/06/24/virgin-blogger/

*edit* I have had a few questions regarding my name.  Yes, there are many lovely ladies who are named Jennifer and go by Jenna and there is nothing wrong with that.  However, to answer some readers, Jenna is the name on my birth certificate.

Contact me with questions or advice.  I would love to hear from you!

Awww… Your daughter really is cute as a bug! Love that picture.

You and your daughter are absolutely beautiful! I’m so glad I found your blog 🙂

Thanks so much! I have had a few less than supportive comments sense I have begun blogging. I appreciate your kindness 😉

Hi Jenna,

I actually didn’t bake them! I’m doing “high-raw” at the moment….. I say at the moment because I am not trying to commit to anything or to follow strict rules, but so far when I DO follow the raw rules my body feels great.

But, that doesn’t work for everyone I realize.

So basically the “cookies” I just threw together and now I have them in the fridge. I love to do combos with this with nut butters, ground nuts, etc, chill them, then roll in coconut!

Yum!! I can’t wait to try them! How much of each ingredient did you use? The high raw way of eating seems to be very beneficial for most people. I have become really interested in it lately. However, many of the recipes that intrigue me require a dehydrator, which, unfortunately, I am lacking.

How do you do it all? One small step at a time…you are inspiring!
